Peepli, which is a small, remote village in India. Its inhabitants include two poor farmers, the brothers and Natha Budhia. Having to repay a loan, they could have lost their little piece of land to the bank. Now they are desperately looking for a way to save their property ... (Text: Berlinale) Rapid Eye Movies is excited, the Indian film PEEPLI LIVE (Director: Anusha Rizvi) in its program. The film has already run successfully at this year's Sundance Film Festival and celebrated at the Berlinale in the section "Berlinale Special" its German premiere.
