The Indian descent Roshan Mehra grew up in New York and accompanied his sick Grandmother back to India. Once in Delhi, he is astonished by the many friends and relatives that his Grandmother was there. With some initial difficulties, Roshan increasingly warmed to the crowds in the old Delhi and its people with their quirks ... also for the pretty Bittu Sharma. Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra (Rang de Basanti ) achieved a lively homage to his hometown and its people. The music was composed by Oscar winner ARRahman.
